Location is good. This place is walkable from HUDA metro station. Sector 29 that is quite popular for its nightlife is walkable too. Decent rooms and facilities. The food was good too. However, the beds are small and did not like this. Note: there is a pedestrian gate in front of the hotel. Using this makes the walk from HUDA station just 5 mins.

I stayed here for 2 nights in December 2021. Room Number 111 was allocated to me. I stayed here previously also. I like this property because room is very cosy and gives comfort feel. Service is good. Although I feel number of staff is less. But they give personal attention. I got good service by Front Staff Mr Jagmohan Rawat. I praise for his humility and patience. Food quality is good.

I rated this property with 03 stars because of the following 05 points: (1) Reception staff welcomed me properly on arrival with hassle free checking in process with ensuring arrangements in appointed room for me. The same reception staff behaved with me in very cordial manner while checking out. (2) Security Guard was very attentive on duty and cooperative with guests. (3) Room allocated to me on ground floor was cozy and clean. Though bathroom was bit smaller than required by user and in comparison with the total area of the room. (4) Though Breakfast was complementary but there was no good options to choose from. In vegetarian section poha, bread and aloo prathas were available on 27/07/2021 and bread and aloo/onion parathas were available on 28/07/2021. Secondly, it was finished from the fill much before the time slot ends. I visited at 09:30 am, it was over. I came back to my room. Later they prepared and sent in the room while I was proceeding for work. (5) Property was under renovation. Therefore there was some sort of inconveniences I faced.

I stayed here two times..July and August 2019. I was allocated Room Number 105 & 302 respectively. Room 105 had noise of AC in bedroom and Room 302 had noise of AC in hall. Both these rooms are having one bedroom and one dining cum drawing room..you can say it’s suite. But bed is very comfortable. Bed linens were cleaned. They were changed every day. Staff are polite and cooperative. I should appreciate room service staff especially. Because they provided quick and friendly service. Food quality also good. Dal tadka and dal makhni were really superb and without quality compromise. I also appreciate the unique quality of roasted papad. Quality of breakfast was also good, especially aaloo paratha. Restaurant was neat and clean. But restaurant is used only for breakfast and conference/party dinners and lunches, not for Aala carte. Hotel is surrounded by greenery which is another plus point. I loved to stay here as it suited me on both the occasions.

Though the location is good, it is inaccessible. The property is nice and clean and the room was not and the bathroom was smallest I have ever seen! The staff is worst. never responded till called thrice! Breakfast service ends at 9;30 and no one inform me about it so I missed my breakfast. Power failed and the front desk could not print the bill. I waited for 30 mins and then left without a bill.
